<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, May 23,2005 at 7:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Kough, Ihlan, Schroeder and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10311 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING WORKING HOURS FOR <br />RAMSEY COUNTY COUNTY ROAD C <br />RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County is reconstructing County Road C between Long Lake Road and the <br />East Snelling Service Drive; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, this construction project is scheduled to be completed in summer 2006; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has received a request from Shafer Contracting, the <br />County's Contractor, to extend the working hours in order to finish the construction project by <br />Winter 2005; <br /> <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in <br />the interest of completing the project ahead of schedule, the City of Roseville hereby extends the <br />working hours for the County Road C Reconstruction project for the following dates and times: <br /> <br />Date Time Purpose <br />Saturdays 5/28/05 - 11/19/05: Start work at 7:00 A.M General construction <br />May 24 - May 31: Work 7:00PM to 7:00AM Water shutoffs and <br /> watermain work during off <br /> business hours <br />July 5 - July 23: Work 7:00PM to 7:00AM Concrete green sawing <br />Sept 12 - Sept 30: Work 7:00PM to 7:00AM Concrete green sawing <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Schroeder <br />upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Kough, Ihlan, <br />Schroeder and Klausing and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
