<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, June 13,2005 at 7:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Ihlan, Maschka and Klausing and the following were <br />absent: Schroeder. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10313 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING WORKING HOURS FOR <br />2005 CONTRACT B <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville is going to mill and overlay the following street segments: <br /> <br />Long Lake Road -Between Terminal Road and County Road C-2 <br />Prior Avenue - Between Hwy 36 and County Road B-2 <br />Highway 36 Frontage Rd Between Fairview Avenue and West Perimeter Dr <br />West Perimeter Drive - Between Hwy 36 Service Drive and Prior Avenue <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, there is a high volume of traffic on these roads due to the areas being mainly <br />commercial and industrial; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has received a request from Midwest Asphalt, the City's <br />Contractor, to extend the working hours in order to limit the impact to surrounding businesses; <br /> <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in <br />the interest of minimizing the inconvenience to businesses and their customers, the City of Roseville <br />hereby extends the working hours for the mill and overlay project for the following dates and times: <br /> <br />Location Date Time <br />Prior, Perimeter and Hwy July 5 - 15, 2005 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. <br />36 Frontage Rd <br />Long Lake Road August 15 - 29,2005 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Ihlan <br />upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kough, Ihlan, Maschka and <br />Klausing and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
