<br />C-l Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Minutes
<br />April 26, 1999 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and
<br />WalL Nays: None.

<br />D. Consent Agenda
<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that items D-l through D-7 be approved. Roll Consent
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None. Agenda
<br />
<br />D-l Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that the City Manager be authorized to sign the Accel Academ
<br />lease agreement with Accel Academy for the leasing of 1500 square feet of space Lease
<br />at a rate of $9.99 per square foot for a one-year period. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />D-2 Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that the City Manager be authorized to sign the Mounds View
<br />lease agreement with Mounds View School District #621 for the leasing of 3131 Schools Lease
<br />square feet of space at a rate of $9.99 per square foot for a one-year period. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />D-3 Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that the donations to the Parks and Recreation Acceptance of
<br />Department be accepted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Wi ski, Mastel and Donations
<br />WalL Nays: None.

<br />D-4 Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9654, authorizing the issuance Resolution 96
<br />and sale of $147,457 General Obligation Equipment Certificates of indebtedness Certificate of
<br />(Series 1999), be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and Indebtedness
<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />D-5 Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that a public hearing be established on May 24, Denny's
<br />1999 to consider Prime Investments, Incorporated application for an On-Sale Liquor License
<br />Wine License and Non-Intoxicating Malt Beverage License at 1880 West
<br />Perimeter Drive. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and Wall.
