Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approximately <br /> 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. (Voting and Seating Order for January: Pust; <br /> Willmus; Johnson; McGehee; and Roe). City Attorney Charlie Bartholdi was also pre- <br /> sent. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Councilmember McGehee requested removal of Consent Items 7.e , i,j, and k respective- <br /> ly entitled, "Receive Shared Services Quarterly Update," Adopt a Resolution Categoriz- <br /> ing City Fund Balances in Accordance with new Governmental Standards," Adopt Reso- <br /> lution Approving the State of MN Agency Agreement between Department of Transpor- <br /> tation and City of Roseville for Federal Participation in Construction," and Receive City <br /> Council Work Plan Report." <br /> McGehee moved, Willmus seconded approval of the agenda was approved as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Pust; Willmus; Johnson; McGehee; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak at this time. <br /> 4. Council Communications, Reports, Announcements and Housing and Redevelop- <br /> ment Authority(HRA) Report <br /> Councilmember Willmus announced an upcoming Parks and Recreation Renewal Pro- <br /> gram Community Meeting on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the Roseville <br /> Skating Center, where staff and volunteers would share information and provide updates <br /> on the program and seek additional community input. <br /> Councilmember Willmus recognized several local inductees into the Roseville Youth <br /> Hockey Hall of Fame as part of the Hockey Day Minnesota, and a joint program of the <br /> Parks and Recreation Department and Roseville Youth Hockey Association held last Sat- <br /> urday. <br /> Mayor Roe encouraged citizens to participate in local government by applying for vacan- <br /> cies on a variety of citizen advisory commissions, with an application deadline of Febru- <br /> ary 29, 2012, to be followed by interviews of those candidates with the City Council. <br />
