ORDINANCE #1323 June 20, 2005 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN TWIN LAKES PHASE 1 FROM B-1, B-4, AND 1-1 AND 1-2 TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT NO. 1323 WITH AN UNDERLYING ZONING OF B-6 MIXED USE BUSINESS PARK DISTRICT AND PARK AND OPEN SPACE DISTRICT(POS). The City Council ofthe City of Roseville does ordain: Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) and Section 1008 (Plmmed Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code of the City ofRoseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF 3595, the following property as listed below and shown in attached maps, generally located within Twin Lakes Phase 1 Redevelopment, City of Roseville, is hereby rezoned as follows: General Description: all that property in the West 12 of the Southwest 14 and pOliions of the East 12 of the Southwest 14 of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23. The property described below (by PIN as recorded by Ramsey County Property Records data as of II /29/04) is hereby rezoned from B-1, B-4, 1-1, and 1-2 to a Planned Unit Development No. 1323 with underlying zoning ofB-6 (Mixed Use Business Park District and POS (Park and Open Space District).
