<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 23rd day of June, 1997, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka, Wall <br />The following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9418 <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF OLD COUNTY ROAD B2 <br />IN CONJUNCTION WITH APPROVAL OF THE PLAT FOR <br />GATEWAY BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the Gateway <br />Business Park Planned Unit Development on May 14, 1997, and recommended approval <br />of the concept planned unit development and the preliminary and final plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the final concept for the planned <br />unit development on June 11, 1997, as well as a memo outlining the need to vacate this <br />right-of-way as part of the platting process, and upon said review, had no comment on the <br />proposed vacation of this segment of old County Road B2; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land, <br />it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate this portion of said right-of-way; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, hereby vacates that portion of old County Road B2 right-of-way shown on the <br />attached Exhibit A and described as follows: <br /> <br />The South 33 feet of the East 1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 8, T29-R23. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Maschka <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Mastel, <br />Wiski, Maschka and Wall <br />
