<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the 8th day of August, 2005, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Ihlan, Schroeder, Kough, Maschka and Klausing and the <br />following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10322 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT P-ST-05-02, <br />NEIGHBORHOOD 32 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted May 9,2005 fixed a <br />date for a public hearing on Project P-ST-05-02, Neighborhood 32 and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in <br />accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing on May 23,2005, to consider the proposed construction of Project P-ST-05-02, <br />Neighborhood 32, consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, <br />sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that property <br />abutting: <br /> <br />Neighborhood 32: <br /> <br />Chatsworth Street, Lovell Avenue to Grandview A venue <br />Lovell Avenue, Cul-de-sac to Chatsworth Street <br /> <br />as described in the Notice of Hearings at a cost presently estimated at $159,145.29 and substantially <br />in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the <br />office of the City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be <br />heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the Council does hereby <br />determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed and that all streets be <br />constructed substantially as recommended in the feasibility report. The City Engineer for the project <br />is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications for the <br />improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Schroeder and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Ihlan, Schroeder, Kough, Maschka <br />and Klausing and the following voted against the same: none. <br />
