<br />~ <br />City Council Minutes <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />Monday, May 12,2003 <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn and Councilmembers Maschka, Kough, Klausing 6:06 p.m. <br />and Schroeder met in the City Council Chambers on the above date. Roll Call <br /> <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Maschka, Kough, Klausing, Schroeder, <br />and Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />Call to Order Call to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the regular meeting to order at 6:06 <br />p.m. and welcomed everyone to the Roseville City Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for public comment by members of <br />the audience. <br /> <br />Public <br />Comment <br /> <br />A. Richard VerHagen, 176 Owasso Boulevard South <br />Dr. VerHagen commented on using the Roseville Review <br />as the City's newspaper in which legal notices are <br />published. Dr. VerHagen also commented on when <br />political campaigns should begin. <br /> <br />B. Ed Burrell, 87 Mid Oaks Lane <br />Mr. Burrell commented in favor of the public workshops <br />to explore the design and plans for the Police and Public <br />Works facilities. Mr. Burrell also asked about Tax <br />Increment Financing (TIF) proposals relating to possible <br />"big box" retail at Twin Lakes. Mr. Burrell further <br />commented about the City Pages "Best of. . ." awards. <br /> <br />C. Richard VerHagen, 176 Owasso Boulevard South <br />Dr. VerHagen commented on boondoggles and garbage; <br />and he congratulated the Mayor on the City Pages "Best <br />Mayor" Award. <br /> <br />II. Review Agenda Review <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for any comments or discussion on Agenda <br />
