<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of May, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Pust, Maschka, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing <br />and the following Members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10406 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR JIM ALEXANDER, <br />920 PARKER AVENUE (PF3728) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jim Alexander has requested an INTERIM USE PERMIT in accordance <br />with Section 1012.09 of the Roseville City Code to allow establishing a temporary living quarters <br />within his recreational vehicle on his premises; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject parcel is located at 920 Parker Avenue and legally described as: <br /> <br />The North 250 feet of the West Y, of Lot 7 and the North 250 feet of Lot 6, Block 2, <br />Frankson's Garden Plateau <br />PIN: 14-29-23-21-0050 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1012.09A and B stipulates the requirements necessary to obtain an <br />INTERIM USE PERMIT; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Alexander proposes to establish a temporary living quarters within his <br />recreational vehicle, to be placed in the front yard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />Alexander INTERIM USE PERMIT and recommended (7-0) to approve the request, based on the <br />comments outlined in Section 5 and the conditions (as revised) of Section 6 of the project report <br />dated May 3, 2006. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Jim <br />Alexander, 920 Parker Avenue an INTERIM USE PERMIT consistent with Section 1012.09 A <br />and B of the Roseville City Code allowing a the use of a recreation vehicle as a temporary living <br />quarters during the construction of a new residence, based on the comments in Section 5 of the <br />project report dated May 22, 2006, and the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The camper/trailer shall be placed on private property a minimum of30 feet from <br />the property line adjacent to Parker Avenue (adjacent to the private utility pole). <br /> <br />1 <br />
