<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, July 10,2006, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Pust, Kough, Ihlan and Klausing and the following were <br />absent: none <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10412 <br /> <br />FINAL ACCEPTANCE AND MAINTENANCE FOR <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED FOR GREENHOUSE VILLAGE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code, Greenhouse Village Properties, LLC, contracted to extend the public <br />watermain along the north boulevard of Larpenteur A venue to the west property line of 1021 Larpenteur <br />Avenue to serve the buildings lying within GREENHOUSE VILLAGE; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Greenhouse Village Properties, LLC is requesting the City of Roseville accept ownership and <br />maintenance responsibility of this public improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, that the work completed is hereby accepted and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final <br />acceptance and accept a one-year warranty for any work covering the replacement or repair of defective items <br />commencing on July 10,2006, and expiring on July 10,2007. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Pust and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Pust, Kough, Ihlan and Klausing <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
