<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 24th <br />of July, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Pust, Ihlan, and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following were absent: Kough <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10417 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DA Y REVIEW PERIOD <br />FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST FOR <br />WALSER AUTOMOTIVE GROUP, 2775 HIGHWAY 35 (PF3775) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application was submitted by Walser Automotive Group for a <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordance with Section 1005.0156 and 1013.01 of the <br />Roseville City Code to allow Motor Vehicle Dealership at 2275 Highway 35; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Plaruling Commission held the public hearing on July 12, 2006, <br />recommending approval of the request, subject to specific conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the action by the Planning Commission required the applicant to submit <br />specific documents for review by the City Planner and City Attorney and for various plans to be <br />revised prior to submission to the City Council for consideration; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Planner ha snot received the necessary documents to forward and <br />discuss with the City Attorney, nor has the City Planner received the revised site plans necessary <br />to create the project report for City Council consideration; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the <br />time line for agency review of the CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT for Walser Automotive <br />Group at 2775 Highway 35 is hereby EXTENDED from August 1,2006 to September 30, 2006. <br />It is understood final City Council action on these issues may be taken at any time prior to the <br />end of the extension date. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Ihlan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, Pust, <br />Ihlan, and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
