Review of Regular Meeting Agenda <br /> <br />Given the nature of tonight's meetings, there was no separate <br />review of the Regular Meeting Agenda. <br /> <br />II. Additional Staff Presentations <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Annual Housing Presentation to the City Council <br />Welsch introduced the presenters and set the stage: <br />. There is $1.6 billion in housing value in Roseville <br />. that is 60% of Roseville' s assessed value <br />. housing occupies 38% of all land in Roseville <br />. housing represents 40% of our Roseville property <br />tax base <br />. 60% of Roseville housing is owner occupied <br /> <br />Annual Housing <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Then Bennett overviewed the Roseville Housing Plan, <br />the proposed amendments to that Plan, and 2001 <br />Housing Plan accomplishments. There were $600,000 in <br />improvements to Single Family Housing in Roseville in <br />2001. <br /> <br />1. Housing Resource Center. <br /> <br />General Manager Carolyn Olson started with Roseville <br />in July 2000. Since then 582 Roseville residents have <br />been served and 364 construction consultations have <br />been made with Roseville homeowners -involving such <br />things as roof repair, siding, windows, and home <br />
