<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 14th <br />of August, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Ihlan, Pust, Maschka, Kough, and Mayor <br />Klausing <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10421 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DA Y REVIEW PERIOD <br />FOR A VARIANCE REQUEST BY CHARLES & SUZZANE WELECZKI FOR <br />PROPERTY AT DALE STREET AND DALE COURT (PF3781) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application was submitted by Charles & Suzzane Weleczke for a <br />VARIANCE in accordance with 1013.02 of the Roseville City Code to allow structure setback <br />deviations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Division has not had the necessary time to review the <br />subject request with the City Attorney and the applicant since the submittal due to numerous <br />scheduling conflicts (although a review by the City Planner concludes the application is <br />incomplete due to absence of the required processing fee); <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, <br />that the time line for agency review of the VARIANCE for Charles and Suzzane Weleczki and their <br />vacant parcel at Dale Street at Dale Court be hereby EXTENDED from September 11,2006 to <br />November 10,2006. It is understood final City Council action on these issues may be taken at <br />any time prior to the end of the extension date. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption ofthe foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Pust and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Ihlan, Pust, <br />Maschka, Kough, and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
