City of <br /> RQSEVILLE <br /> � Minnesota,USA <br /> Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Minutes <br /> City Hall Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br /> Monday, August 13, 2012 <br /> Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approximately <br /> 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. (Voting and Seating Order: Pust; Johnson: Willmus; <br /> McGehee; and Roe). City Attorney Mark Gaughan was also present. Councilmember <br /> Pust arrived at approximately 6:04 p.m. <br /> Closed Executive Session—Bonds Potential Litigation <br /> In accordance with State Statute, Chapter 13.d., Mayor Roe advised that the City Council <br /> would move to Closed Executive Session to discuss an attorney/client privilege matter regard- <br /> ing potential litigation regarding the recent bond issue. <br /> Willmus moved, Johnson seconded, moved recessing the regular meeting and moving into <br /> Closed Executive Session at 6:04 p.m. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Johnson; Willmus; McGehee; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Mayor Roe convened the city council in closed executive session at approximately 6:05 p.m. <br /> In addition to the city council members, others present during the closed session were City At- <br /> torney Mark Gaughan, Attorney Scott Knudson of Briggs and Morgan (the City's bond coun- <br /> sel), City Manager Bill Malinen, and Finance Director Chris Miller. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Pust, Johnson,Willmus, McGehee, Roe <br /> Nays: None <br /> Mayor Roe reconvened the meeting in regular session at 6:40 p.m. <br /> 1. Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe thanked the audience for their patience; welcomed those present; and noted <br /> for the roll, that all Councilmembers remained present, along with City Attorney Mark <br /> Gaughan. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Councilmember Willmus requested removal of Consent Item 7.f entitled, "Adopt Meet- <br /> ing Notes as Meeting Minutes from June 26, 2012 joint School Board/ Council meet- <br /> ing. <br />
