CITY COUNCIL OF THE OF <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 12th day of January, <br />1998, at p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall, and <br />the following were absent: None. <br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9507 <br />SUPERVISORY AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of Minnesota, the City <br />Council shall establish employee compensation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville that <br />the Supervisory and Confidential Employee Classification and Pay Plan be revised to <br />include the following salary ranges of certain City employees in 1998: <br />1998 Yearly <br />ClassificationSalary Ranaes <br />Police Secretary$27,073 $ 33,812 <br />Administrative Secretary32,351 40,440 <br />37,182 46,506 <br />License Bureau Supervisor <br />Engineering Supervisor42,462 53,133 <br />Fire Marshal42,462 53,133 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that employees in the Supervisory/Confidential Pay Plan <br />receive $310 (family) and $180 (single) under the City’s flexible benefit plan. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Wiski, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, <br />Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall, and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
