The City of Roseville is required by State Statute and Rule to have a local water <br />management plan, capital improvement program, and official controls as necessary to <br />bring its local water management into conformance with the watershed district plans. The <br />City’s first Comprehensive Surface Water Management Plan was adopted in 1990 and <br />updated in 2003. There are 2 goals for this Planning Commission meeting: 1) to give the <br />Commission a brief overview of the draft CSWMP and 2) to receive feedback from the <br />Commission on the plan <br />. <br />b. <br />Review and discuss Commissioner/Variance Board Member Boguszewski’s observations <br />regarding current universally-applicable size limitations of accessory structures (864 sq. <br />ft., up to 1,008 sq. ft.) and whether changes should be considered to regulate accessory <br />structure size based on the size of the residential lot. <br />7.Adjourn <br />Planning Commission & Variance Board (tentative) <br />Future meetings: : November 7 & December 5 <br />City Council:HRA: <br /> Oct. 8, 15, 22 & Nov 19, 26 Oct. 16 & Nov. 20 <br /> <br />
