<br />Extrad of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br />Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 14th day of December, 1998, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall and the <br />following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 9605 <br />A Resolution Vacating a Drainage and Utility Easement <br />Across Lots 1 and 4, Block 2, as <br />Dedicated on the Plat of Gateway Business Park <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has initiated the vacation of a 30' drainage and utility <br />easement across Lots 1 and 4, Block 2, Gateway Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council considered the request and made the following findings: <br /> <br />1. The water main located within this easement was relocated in 1997; therefore, the <br />easement is no longer needed by the City. <br /> <br />2. The proposed vacation of this drainage and utility easement will not have an <br />adverse impact on the general public health, safety and welfare, provided a <br />replacement easement is provided in the location of the relocated water main. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, hereby vacates the 30' drainage and utility easement across Lots 1 and 4, Block 2, <br />Gateway Buisness Park, as shown on the plat attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Goedeke <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, <br />Maschka, and Wall and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Resolution 9605 - Page 1 of 2 <br />
