EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the twenty-fifth day of January, 1999, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski and Wall and the following members were absent: none. Councilperson Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9624 RESOLUTION RECEMNG FEASIBILITY REPORTS ON 1999 IMPROVEMENTS AND ORDERING PUBLIC HEARINGS BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted September 14, 1998, the Council directed the City Public Works Director to prepare preliminary reports as to the feasibility of the proposed improvements: P-99-02 Neighborhood 19 Woodlynn Avenue, S. Owasso Boulevard to Farrington Ct. Farrington Ct. cul-de-sac Neighborhood 22 Woodbridge St., South Owasso Blvd. to Woodlynn Avenue Woodlynn Avenue, Rice Street to cul-de-sac Neighborhood 23 Maple Lane Ct., Western Avenue to cul-de-sac Woodbridge Street. Maple Lane to S. Owasso Boulevard Woodbridge Street. County Road C to County Road C2 Marion Street, County Road C to County Road C2 Galtier Street, County Road C to lona Lane Matilda Street, County Road C to lona Lane lona Lane, Galtier Street to Woodbridge Street 2. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvements and as to whether such improvements should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimates have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvements proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report are designated as Improvements P-99-02, Neighborhoods 19, 22, 23.
