This property has a building permit for a garage addition. The
last time I was out to visit the site 2 items had not been completed.
Today I meet with Neil Petersen (son of the homeowner) at the site. The 2 items have been
completed. 1. Removal of a portion of the sidewalk. 2. Connection of the rain gutters on the
garage to the underground storm detention area.
I signed off on the storm water requirements of the permit. They plan to contact the building
department soon for a final inspection.
Any question, please let me know.
