<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCil <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVlllE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 25th day of October 1999, at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel and Wall <br />And the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Wall introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 9700 <br />Resolution Approving a Minor Subdivision <br />at 2120 Cleveland Avenue <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Thomas Scanlon has requested a minor subdivision of his parcel located at <br />2120 Cleveland Avenue for the purpose of creating tow single family residential lots; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1l04.04E of the Roseville Subdivision outlines the procedures for a <br />minor subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is legally described as: Lot 1, Block 1, Sharondale Addition No.3, <br />except that part lying South of the North line of Lots 2 and 3, Block I Sharondale Addition No.3, <br />extended Easterly to the East line of said Lot 1, and also excepting the Southerly 80 feet thereof, City <br />ofRoseville, Ramsey Co., MN. (PID #162923220071); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said request will create two lots that meet all applicable requirements (width, <br />depth, size, and setback requirements) of the Roseville Zoning Ordinance; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that minor subdivision to create <br />two residential lots, both meeting the applicable R-1, Single Family Residential District <br />requirements, for property located at 2120 Cleveland Avenue be approved, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />A. A revised survey shall be presented to staff for approval, indicating the existing home is a <br />minimum of 1 0 feet back from the side yard (south) property line and that both lots meet <br />the minimum requirement of 85 feet of lot width. <br /> <br />B. The two lot minor subdivision shall be recorded within 60 days from the approval of the <br />City Council. <br /> <br />Page 1 of2 <br />
