<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on the twenty-fifth day of October, 1999, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel and Wall, and the <br />following members were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Wi ski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9704 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENT FOR <br />CITY PROJECT P-96-02-16, PIN 02-29-23-22-0094 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council on October 25, 1999 approved a revision to the assessment policy <br />for Open Space property by Resolution No. 9703; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS the City of Roseville, on September 22, 1997, by Resolution No. 9465, levied <br />a special assessment against Improvement No. P-96-02-16, PIN 02-29-23-22-0094, in the <br />amount of$15,466; <br /> <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the following assessment deferral be approved, with the <br />understanding that improvements as proposed by Ramsey County be implemented: <br /> <br />Proposed <br />Ramsey County <br />Improvements <br /> <br />$15,000-$20,000 <br /> <br />City Pro;ect <br /> <br />P-96-02-l6 <br /> <br />PIN <br />02-29-23-22-0094 <br /> <br />Existing <br />Assessment <br />Amount <br /> <br />Deferred <br />Assessment <br />Amount <br /> <br />$15,466 <br /> <br />$15,466 <br /> <br />This deferral is conditioned on: <br /> <br />· Interest to· accrue on deferred assessment <br />· Deferred assessment will come due when/if the use of the property changes <br />· Ramsey County will construct a trail with a value of between $15,000 and $20,000 <br /> <br />The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Mastel <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, Maschka, <br />Goedeke, Mastel and Wall and the following voted against the same: none. <br />
