''1 <br />January 25, 2010 <br />Tom Weber <br />2674 Huron Street <br />1�� <br />.� <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />RE: Administrative Deviation approval <br />Dear Mr. Weber, <br />--� <br />As you know, your Administrative Deviation request to accommodate your proposed garage <br />addition was reviewed last week in a meeting at City Hall. <br />Members of the review committee have indicated to me that the proposal will not have any <br />adverse impacts on the factors identified for consideration in Section 1013.05 of the City Code <br />and consequently recommended approval of the Administrative Deviation allowing the proposed <br />garage addition to encroach approximately 7 feet into the required 10-foot setback from the side <br />property line. The review committee members further recommended that a gutter be installed <br />along the northern eave to direct rain water runoff toward the front or rear yard, rather than <br />draining off of the roof toward the side property line. <br />I concur with the committee's recommendation and have approved the requested Administrative <br />Deviation with the condition that a gutter be installed as described above.
