.-. <br />� � <br />� <br />Documentp 4266194 <br />Recorded 0210412011 1600 <br />CountyRecorder, Ramsey County, MN <br />3.2.6 544192F <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regulaz meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the l6'� day of August 2010 at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following Members were present: Ihlan; Pust; Roe; and Klausing; <br />and Member Johnson was absent. <br />Council Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10834 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 1,008-SQUARE-FOOT ACCESSORY STRUCTURE <br />AT 1863 CHATSWORTH STREET AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH §1014.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE (PF10-016) ' <br />WHEREAS, the property at 1863 Chatsworth Street is owned by McAdam Majors.; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is ioned Single-Family Residence (R-1) District and is <br />legally described as <br />Leier Park Lot 8 Block 1. <br />PIN:14-29-23-32-0008 <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Majors seeks to replace the existing accessory structure with a new <br />structure equaling the maximum allowable accessory structure area on a property in the R-1 <br />Disfict; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />proposed CONDITIONAL USE on august 4, 2010, voting 5-0 to recommend approval of the use <br />based on the comments and findings of the staff report prepared for said public hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has found that approval of the proposed <br />CONDITIONAL USE will not result in adverse impacts on the criteria considered in review of <br />requests for CONDITIONAL USE approval; <br />Page 1 of 3 � � �� <br />
