-�. <br />May 27, 2010 <br />Mr. Larry Leiendecker <br />983 Larpenteur Ave. <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />Dear Mr. Leiendecker: <br />��-�N"�+�. <br />� <br />As the submitter of the appeal to City staffls administrative determination regarding the creation <br />of a community garden at North Como Presbyterian Church, I am writing to inform you that on <br />May 24, 2010, the City Council heard your appeal. <br />After taking public testimony and reviewing the matter, the City Council voted 3-2 to deny the <br />appeal by the petitioners.
