� <br />��� <br />-�.i <br />� <br />September 13, 2010 <br />Thomas and Janet Thul <br />635 Heinel Drive <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />RE: Administrative Deviation approval <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Thul, <br />As you know, your Administrative Deviation request to accommodate your proposed porch <br />addition was reviewed last week at City Hall. <br />Members of the review committee have indicated to me that the proposal will not have any <br />adverse impacts on the factors identified for consideration in Section 1013.05 of the City Code as <br />long as the excess storm water is mitigated, and consequently recommended approval of the <br />Administrative Deviation allowing the proposed porch addition which would result in more <br />impervious coverage than the City Code typically allows on a shoreland property. As I <br />understand it, Zawadski Homes staff is preparing a storm water mitigation plan to address the <br />additional rain water runoff as required. <br />I concur with the committee's recommendation and have approved the requested Administrative <br />Deviation with the condition that the building permit be withheld until the storm water mitigation <br />plan has been reviewed and approved by the City Engineer.
