The property has a <br />Comprehensive Plan designation of Low-Density Residential (LR) and a zoning <br />classification of Single-Family Residence (R-1) District. <br />4.2 This variance request has been prompted by the applicant's desire to expand the attached <br />garage into the required front- and side-yard setbacks as a means to correcting structural <br />and drainage problems with the existing garage as well as problems related a clothes <br />dryer that is poorly located and, consequently, improperly vented. <br />PF10-025 RVBA 100610 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
