Their
current building plan was reviewed and approved by Roseville planning in Oct08 (including an approved
variance for the front porch), but the plan inadvertently omitted a stamped concrete patio that would
connect the back of the house and an outdoor swimming pool. This patio is a critical handicap
accessibility feature for Noah as it will allow him a safe location to independently roll his wheelchair into
the back yard area and provides access for safely transporting Noah in his wheelchair from the house to
the gated pool area (Noah uses the outside pool for physical therapy).
The Anderson's currently approved plan is near the limit of 30% coverage, and adding the patio would
place them at approximately 33% coverage. As a result, they have filed an Impervious Coverage
Deviation application with the City of Roseville to allow the patio to be built. The hearing on this
application will be held on Thurs, 18 Jun09.
Per the Anderson Impervious Coverage deviation application and hearing to be held on Thurs, 18 Jun09
with the City of Roseville, we support the application and allowing Noah's patio to be built.
Printed Name Address Phone # Signature
Bj'7 !o o►orecoo d 6 S 3 3 ,j
G tJ Cc-r v c.
p s
l Qoscv: 11, M/V"St3 2.
LAKR Y pSo( 302?
