EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CllY COUNCI OF THE CllY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNlY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 8th day of November 1999 at 6:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall. The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski and Wall, and the following members were absent: Maschka Council Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9708 RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ROSEVILLE HOUSING IMPROVEMENT PLAN WHEREAS, the City of Roseville strives to maintain a community that is rich in housing quality and choices for all residents; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Housing Improvement Plan has been developed with goals and strategies to achieve a quality and safe housing stock, and WHEREAS, the Roseville Housing Improvement Plan includes housing programs that will be implemented by staff and expert "coaches" to provide cost effective and accessible service for housing renovation in the community; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Housing Improvement Plan will become part of the Roseville Comprehensive Plan and will be reviewed by the City Council on an annual basis. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville City Council does hereby adopt the attached Roseville Housing Improvement Plan for 2000. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Mastel, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski and Wall, and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
