<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting ofthe City Council of the City ofRoseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, December 13, 1999 at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9718 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING USE OF CITY PROPERTY FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION AND USE OF CITY PROJECT NO. 98-11 <br />DALE STREET/ROSELAWN AVENUE/RESERVOIR WOODS PATHWAY <br />TEA 6200 (248)/ S.P. 160-090-05 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, has prepared plans and specifications for the Dale <br />Streett Roselawn A venue/ Reservoir Woods Pathway; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, said plans and specifications are designated as City Project No. 98-11, State <br />Project No. 160-090-05, and Minn. Project No. TEA 6200 (248) <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for said project require the use of certain City <br />property to construct the necessary improvements in Central Park, and Reservoir Woods Park; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for said project require the use of certain City <br />property to construct the necessary improvements at Fire Station #3 (2335 Dale Street); <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for said project require the use of certain right-of- <br />way to construct the necessary improvements along Roselawn Avenue, Victoria Street, and Dale <br />Street; <br /> <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, hereby <br />authorizes the use of City property (Central Park, Reservoir Woods Park, and Fire Station #3) and <br />right-of-way (Roselawn Avenue, Victoria Street, and Dale Street) for construction of the non <br />motorized trail purposes as indicated in the plans for Project S.P. 160-090-05 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Maschka, <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Maschka, <br />Wiski, Mastel, and Wall, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
