EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 14th day of August, 2000, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn and the following were absent: None Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 9800 AUTHORIZING ENTRY UPON PARCEL OF LAND RELATEDTOT~NLAKESREDEVELOPMENTPROJECT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING WHEREAS, regarding the Twin Lakes Redevelopment Project, one of the affected parcels of land is owned by Regor, Inc., and leased by Transport International Pool, Inc. ("TIP") (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject Property"); WHEREAS, the Subject Property is identified by property identification number 04-29- 23-33-0008, and is identified as Parcel No.4 on the attached Twin Lakes Parkway Parcel Impacts map; WHEREAS, the proposed Twin Lakes Parkway will cross over a portion of the Subject Property; WHEREAS, the City has reason to believe that acquisition of the portion of the Subject Property intended for the Twin Lakes Parkway, and acquisition of an Excess Parcel of the Subject Property, as identified on the attached Twin Lakes Parkway Parcel Impacts map as Parcel #4 Excess Parcel, may be required pursuant to eminent domain proceedings; WHEREAS, the City has reason to believe that a hazardous substance, pollutant, or contaminant is present on the Subject Property or the release of a hazardous substance, pollutant, or contaminant may have occurred or is likely to occur on the Subject Property;
