EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting ofthe City Council ofthe City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the eleventh day of September, 2000, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and Kysylyczyn and the following were absent: none. Councilperson Mastel introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 9810 RESOLUTION APPROVING 2001 PMP NEIGHBORHOODS AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORTS ON IMPROVEMENTS FOR NEIGHBORHOODS 10, 15, 18, 17 and 41 WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the street construction needs of various neighborhoods in the City and has tentatively selected neighborhoods for inclusion in the 2001 Pavement Management Program; and WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City of Roseville described below by one or more of the following installations: bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, bituminous overlay, and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111: NEIGHBORHOOD NUMBERS AND DESCRIPTIONS Neighborhood Streets From To 10 Asbury Street Snelling City Limits Ridgewood Road Asbury Street City Limits 15 Josephine Road Hamline Avenue Lexington Avenue 18 West Owasso Blvd. Victoria St City Limits 1 7 - Mill and Overlay Aglen Street W oodhill Ave County Road C2 41- Mill and Overlay Grandview A venue Cul-de-sac Rice Street Matilda Street Cul-de-sac County Road B2 Woodbridge Rice Street Grandview Woodbridge Cir Minnesota Cul-de-sac NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: 1. The neighborhoods specified in the attached drawing are hereby approved for inclusion in the 2001 Pavement Management Program.
