EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 18th day of November, <br /> 2013, at 5:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> The following members were present:McGehee,Willmus,Laliberte,Etten and Roe,and the <br /> following were absent: none. <br /> Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11104 <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING <br /> 2013 ASSESSMENTS FOR CITY PROJECT M-12-21: <br /> PIKOVSKY TERMINAL DEMOLITION <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law,the council has met and <br /> heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for City Project M-12-21: <br /> Pikovsky Terminal Demolition; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1. Such proposed assessment,a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, <br /> is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named <br /> therein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the <br /> proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. <br /> 2. The proposed assessments are hereby adopted and confirmed as the proper special <br /> assessments for each of said lots, pieces, or parcels of land, respectively, and the <br /> assessment against each parcel, in accordance with the parties' mutual agreements <br /> pursuant to the Settlement Agreement and Assessment Agreement dated June 18,2012, <br /> and as amended,true and correct copies of which are hereby attached as Exhibit A,to <br /> wit: <br /> 2.Voluntary Assessment. The Owners voluntarily agree to an assessment of all of <br /> the costs associated with the demolition of the Buildings, which may include,but <br /> are not limited to pre-demolition building surveys, engineering reports, bidding <br /> package preparation, associated city staff time, and actual demolition costs <br /> ("Assessment Amount") against the Property.
