<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of <br />the City ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on <br />Monday, the 23rd day of July, 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Kysylyczyn, Klausing, and <br />Goedeke <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 9910 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD REGARDING A <br />REQUEST BY KATHLEEN AGNESS FOR A COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE <br />PLAN AMENDMENT AND REZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />2256 LEXINGTON AVENUE (PF3329) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application was submitted by Kathleen Agness for consideration <br />of a Comprehensive land Use Plan Amendment and Rezoning on June 21, 2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said application was reviewed and accepted as complete by the <br />Community Development Department on June 27, 2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said application was submitted after the June 11,2001 deadline for <br />the July 11,2001 Planning Commission agenda; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the application will be forwarded to the August 8, 2001 Planning <br />Commission and the August 27, 2001 City Council meetings; and <br /> <br />WFEREAS, the 60-day review period expires on August 20,2001, thus creating <br />the need for a review extension; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, city staff has requested a 60-day extension to the 60-day review <br />period, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, to allow the proper review and <br />consideration of the Agness request. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council (the "Council") of <br />the City ofRoseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Kathleen Agness <br />(Schorn Realty) for consideration of a comprehensive land use plan amendment and <br />rezoning be extended for 60 days, from August 10,2001 to October 9,2001. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Klausing and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor: Mastel, Mashka, Kysylyczyn, Klausing, and Goedeke. <br /> <br />and the following voted against: none <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
