EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, August 13, 2001, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Klausing, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Kysylyczyn and the following were absent: None. Council member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 9916 RESOLUTION RELATING TO 2000 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM: CITY PROJECTS P-00-02 & P-00-04 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPERATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-00-02-34 of the City of Roseville on all that property abutting S1. Albans Street, County Road B2 to Dale Street for the reconstruction of the street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, landscaping, sidewalk repair, utility repair, and necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-00-02-35 of the City of Roseville on all that property abutting Grandview A venue, Victoria Street to S1. Albans Street; Cope Avenue, Cul-de-sac to Grotto Street; Grotto Street, Cope Avenue to Lovell Avenue; Grotto Street, Grandview Avenue to County Road B2; St. Albans Street, Lovell Avenue to County Road B2 for the reconstruction of the street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, landscaping, sidewalk repair, utility repair, and necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-00-02-36 of the City of Roseville on all that property abutting Brooks Avenue, Cohansey street to Western Avenue; Irene Street, County Road B2 to Sextant Avenue; Irene Court, Irene Street to Cul-de-sac; Sextant Avenue, Cohansey Street to Irene Street for the reconstruction of the street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, landscaping, sidewalk repair, utility repair, and necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-00-04 of the City of Roseville on all that property at 3111 Avon Street for cap sewer and water services; and WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-00-04 of the City of Roseville on all that property at 365 Brooks A venue for sanitary sewer improvements; and
