<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Roseville City Council <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 13th day of August, 2001, <br />at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9918 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FINALIZING AN AREA WIDE URBAN REVIEW (AUAR) <br />FOR THE TWIN LAKES BUSINESS PARK MASTER PLAN AND THE <br />MITIGATION PLAN FOR ADDRESSING ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS AS <br />IDENTIFIED IN THE AUAR <br />(Twin Lakes Business Park, PF3232) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on February 26,2001, the City of Roseville City Council passed <br />Resolution No. 9868, "A Resolution to Initiate the AUAR Process for Twin Lakes"; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 23, 2001, the City Council conducted a regular meeting at <br />which time it accepted the draft Twin Lakes AUAR and directed staff to make necessary <br />minor revisions; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on May 7, 2001, the City ofRoseville submitted a draft AUAR for <br />the Twin Lakes Master Plan to the Minnesota Environmental Quality Board (EQB) as <br />required by Minnesota Rules Chapter 4410.1500 and 4410.3610, Subpart 5, for review <br />from May 14,2001 through June 13,2001; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 25, 2001 a public hearing was held to review the findings of <br />the draft AUAR, comment letters received from state agencies and EQB, and a proposed <br />Mitigation Plan to address environmental impacts outlined in the AUAR for the Twin <br />Lakes Master Plan area; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 26, 2001, the City of Roseville accepted the draft AUAR <br />and the draft mitigation plan and submitted it to the Minnesota Environment Quality <br />Board (EQB) for final review; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no additional comments were received by and from the member <br />agencies of the Minnesota Environmental Quality Board (EQB). <br />
