EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 27th day of August, 2001, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Klausing, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Kysylyczyn and the following were absent: None Council Member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9921 A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DAY REVIEW PERIOD REGARDING A REQUEST BY ROBERT REICHENBACH FOR VARIANCES TO SECTION 1004.01A6 AND 1004.01E OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1858 HAMLINE AVENUE (PF3334) WHEREAS, an application was submitted by Robert Reichenbach for consideration of variances to Section 1004.01A6 and 1004.01E on July 17,2001; and WHEREAS, said application was reviewed and accepted as complete by the Community Development Department on July 17, 2001; and WHEREAS, said application was presented to the Planning Commission at their regular meeting of August 8, 2001 and recommended for approval with the condition that the applicant supply the Community Development Department a property survey to validate the exact distance and square footage of the variances requested; and WHEREAS, the Community Development Department did not receive the survey in time for consideration by the City Council at their meeting of August 27,2001; and WFEREAS, the 60-day review period expires on September 15,2001, thus creating the need for a review extension; and WHEREAS, city staff has requested a 60-day extension to the 60-day review period, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, to allow the proper review and consideration of the Bauer Home request.
