<br />J~()1 <br /> <br /> <br />May 25, 1993 <br /> <br />patricia curtiss <br />1987 Aldine street <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />Dear Ms. curtiss: <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council, at its May 24, 1993 meeting, <br />approved your request for a special use permit at 1987 Aldine <br />street with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That there be no sign of any kind on or off the premises. <br /> <br />2. That there shall be no more than 25 hours of business <br />conducted per week. <br /> <br />3. That there shall be no more than two client cars at a time <br />and those cars must be parked off the street. <br /> <br />4. That the business shall be conducted between the hours of <br />10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on weekdays, between 10:00 a.m. and <br />2:00 p.m. on saturday and that there be no business hours on <br />Sunday. <br /> <br />5. That the special use permit is issued to Mrs. curtiss only <br />and shall automatically expire upon the sale of the <br />property. <br /> <br />6. That there be no product sales on the site except sale of <br />products to individuals at the time the service is rendered <br />if appropriate. <br /> <br />7. That there shall be no other employees providing service. <br /> <br />8. That the business shall not occupy more than one room of the <br />house. <br /> <br />9. That the special use permit shall expire two years after <br />approval by the City Council. After two years, the <br />applicant may apply for an extension of that special use <br />permit. All fees relating to that extension request shall <br />be waived. However, the applicant shall be submect to all <br />ordinance restrictions in place at that time. <br /> <br />10.
