Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Willmus; Laliberte; Etten; McGehee; and Roe. City Manager Pat Trudgeon and <br /> City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Councilmember Laliberte requested removal of Consent Item 7.e entitled, "Authorize <br /> Right of Entry Agreement with the Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation" for dis- <br /> cussion purposes. <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; Laliberte; Etten; McGehee; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 4. Council Communications, Reports, and Announcements <br /> Councilmembers Etten and Laliberte, along with Mayor Roe announced upcoming Park <br /> & Recreation activities at various community parks, including "Discover Your Park," <br /> puppet wagon activities; and free golfing opportunities for kids at Cedarholm Golf <br /> Course. <br /> Mayor Roe thanked staff and volunteers for this year's Rosefest and July 4th events, opin- <br /> ing that it was one of the better, if not the best, community festival in the area; and made <br /> him proud of his community. <br /> Mayor Roe announced several upcoming Commission meetings over the next week that <br /> had been inadvertently omitted from tonight's agenda list of those upcoming public meet- <br /> ings. <br /> Councilmember McGehee reported on her recent attendance at the Ramsey County <br /> League of Local Governments' (RCLLG) presentation on the Green Line, and tour of the <br /> depot and ride along the route. Councilmember McGehee referenced the comments pro- <br /> vided about relationships and partnerships between businesses along the line and the City <br /> of St. Paul to build attractive façades for those businesses facing the Green Line, includ- <br /> ing tree preservation efforts and assigning liaisons to assist businesses survive during the <br /> construction process. Councilmember McGehee opined that this line would be a nice as- <br />
