<br />June 11, 1997 <br /> <br />Greg and Laurie Skorczewski <br />2679 Galtier Street North <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Minor Variance Request: Reduction of Side Yard Setback. 2679 Galtier St. N. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Skorczewskil: <br /> <br />As you may recall, the Minor Variance Committee met on June 2, 1997 to review your <br />application for a Minor Variance and recommended, to the City Council, that your <br />application be approved. <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the Roseville City Council, at their <br />meeting of Monday, June 9, 1997 unanimously approved your request for a Minor <br />Variance to reduce the side yard setback to two feet for the purpose of constructing an <br />addition to an existing house which will be less than six feet from an existing <br />nonconforming detached garage at 2679 Galtier Street North, based on the findings <br />and recommendation of the Minor Variance Committee. This Council action finalizes <br />the formal approval needed for the construction of the addition as you requested.
