In this
meeting we discussed my proposal and possibilities for building a home on 458 South
McCarrons Blvd. Given the variances and right of way that apply to this lot at the
present time, I am unable to build the three-bedroom family home that is desired. Upon
the discovery of the variances that apply to this particular lot today and its building
potential, I again, attempted to search out a plan that would fit with in those parameters. I
have unfortunately found that the lot is not buildable as it exists today.

As a result of our meeting on April 19, we also found that there exists a significant right
of way between South McCarrons Blvd. and the buildable lot line. I would like to
pursue with the city of Roseville, the possibilities of the city vacating a portion of that
right of way. This would increase the possibilities and potential of making this a
buildable site for a future home in Roseville. Please inform me of the next steps towards
getting this accomplished as I am willing to do whatever it takes with in my means for
making this site a possibility for a future home. Thank you for your time and
consideration, they are very much appreciated.

S~A ./?iis-

Josh Kath
11930 Partridge Road Ct. N.
Stillwater, MN. 55082
