<br /> <br />June 28, 2001. <br /> <br />Dr. Changzhen Gong, PhD <br />American Academy of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine <br />1313 Fifth Street S.E., Suite 121B-123 <br />Minneapolis, Minnesota 55414 <br /> <br />Re: Request/or Rezoning, 1925 County Road B-2 <br /> <br />Dear Dr. Gong: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to confirm that on June 26, 200 I, the Roseville City Council <br />approved your request by taking the following action: <br /> <br />By motion, dispense with the first reading of the proposed rezoning ordinance and by <br />second reading, approve the request by Dr. Changzhen Gong and the American Academy <br />of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine to rezone from I-I, Light Industrial District to B-3 <br />General Business Districtfor the property located at 1935 West County Road B-2, based <br />on findings in Section 4 and 5 and subject to conditions A through C in Section 6 of <br />project report dated June 26,2001. <br /> <br />The conditions referred to in the project report dated June 26, 2001, are: <br /> <br />A. The applicant/property owner agrees to complete an inspection with the fire and <br />building inspector. <br /> <br />B. The applicant/property owner agrees to provide building and life safety code <br />improvement completion plan for approval by the Fire Marshall and the Code <br />Coordinator. <br /> <br />C. Prior to the final approval of the rezoning, the applicant/property owner must <br />provide the Community Development Department with a current legal description <br />attached to an as-built certificate of property survey illustrating all property lines, <br />buildings, paving, and setback dimensions to ascertain that the building meets all B-3 <br />zoning setbacks. <br /> <br />2660 Civic Center Drive .:.
