<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 12th day of August, 2002, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Schroeder, Maschka, and Kough and the <br />following were absent: Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10018 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING CITY PROJECT <br />M-Ol-12 COUNTY ROAD C STREETSCAPE - PHASE I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted July 22,2002, <br />fixed a date for a public hearing on Project M-01-12 and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on August 12, 2002; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council ofthe City of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council <br />held a public hearing on August 12,2002, to consider the proposed construction of Project M-Ol- <br />12 consisting of the installation oflandscaping and other streetscape appurtenances within the <br />right-of-way of County Road C (between Long Lake Road and East Snelling Service Drive) as <br />described in the Notice of Hearings at a cost presently estimated at $766,000 and substantially in <br />accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the <br />office ofthe City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to <br />be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the Council does <br />hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed and that all <br />improvements be constructed substantially as recommended in the revised feasibility report. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Maschka and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Schroeder, Kough and <br />Klausing and the following voted against the same: none. <br />
