EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 24th day of September, <br /> 2012, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Johnson, Willmus, McGehee, Pust, and Roe <br /> and the following were absent: None. <br /> Member McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11014 <br /> DECLARING THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 2609 SNELLING <br /> CURVE A HAZARDOUS BUILDING AND REQUIRING ITS REPAIR OR <br /> RAZING <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to Minn. Stat. 463.15 and 463.261 the City Council of Roseville <br /> finds the accessory building located at 2609 Snelling Curve to be a hazardous building <br /> for the following reasons: <br /> • The roof covering of the building on the south side is significantly <br /> deteriorated with two large holes completely through the shingles and the roof <br /> boards. <br /> • The structural elements supporting the roof are deteriorating and the roof is <br /> now sagging in these two areas. This indicates that the structural elements are <br /> compromised and the roof could collapse, most likely under the weight of a <br /> winter snow load. <br /> • The structure was observed unsecured with windows and doors open until it <br /> was boarded by the owner after notice by the city. <br /> WHEREAS, the conditions listed above are more fully documented in the inspection <br /> report, photographs and, the Request for Council Action which are attached to this <br /> resolution as Exhibit A. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> ROSEVILLE,MINNESOTA,AS FOLLOWS: <br /> • That pursuant to the foregoing findings and in accordance with Minn. <br /> Stat.463.15 and 463.261, the council orders the record owners of the above <br />
