<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, 21st day of July, 2003, at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following members were absent: none <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10120 <br />RESOLUTION PROHIBITING <br />PARKING OF VEHICLES ON <br />CIVIC CENTER DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Civic Center Drive is on the Minnesota State Aid Highway system, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the width of the roadway is 36 feet between County Road C and the City Hall! <br />Public Works Driveway, which requires that parking be prohibited on one side ofthe roadway <br />to be eligible for Minnesota State Aid funds, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed width of the roadway is 28 feet between the City Hall/ Public <br />Works Driveway and W oodhill Drive, which requires that parking be prohibited on both sides <br />of the roadway to be eligible for Minnesota State Aid funds, and; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Roseville that <br />in accordance with State regulations that parking shall be prohibited on Civic Center Drive <br />between County Road C and W oodhill Drive as follows for so long as a the roadway shall be <br />on the Minnesota State Aid System <br /> <br />The motion was duly seconded by Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough and Kysylyczyn and <br />the following voted against: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
