<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Rose vi lIe, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 29th <br />day of March, 2004, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Ihlan, Kough, Maschka, Schroeder, Klausing <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10209 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DAY REVIEW PERIOD FOR THE STEVE <br />HANON VARIANCE REQUEST FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />2458 SHELDON STREET (PF3554) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application was submitted by Steve Hanon for three Variances to Section <br />1004 of the Roseville City Code on February 11,2004; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the application was reviewed and determined complete by the City Planner <br />on February 12,2004; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said application was submitted after the deadline has passed (February 6, <br />2004) to place items on the March 3, 2004 Planning Commission agenda and provide legal <br />published notice and notice to property owners within 350 feet of said request; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Planner has determined that it would be appropriate to request the <br />City Council extend the 60-day review deadline an additional 60 days, from April 10 to June 10, <br />2004, to allow proper time for review, recommendation and action by the Zoning Board. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />of Rose vi lIe, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the <br />time line for agency review of the application by Steve Hanon, 2458 Sheldon Street, for three <br />Variances to Section 1004 of the Roseville City Code be extended from April 10 to June 10, <br />2004. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Ihlan, <br />Kough, Maschka, Schroeder, Klausing <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
