<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1111 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 89.030, PARAGRAPH 7, OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE PROVIDING FOR ADMINISTRATIVE <br />PERMITS TO CONSUME NON-INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR IN CENTRAL PARK. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 89.030, paragraph 7, is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />7. Certain Conduct or Activity Prohibited. No person <br />shall possess, display, consume, or use intoxicat- <br />ing liquors as defined in Minnesota Statute <br />340A.I01, Subd. 14. No person shall possess, <br />display, consume, or use non-intoxicating malt <br />liquors as defined in Minnesota Statute 340A.10l, <br />Subd. 19, except inside or on the deck of the Club- <br />house at the Roseville Golf Course, or in certain <br />areas of Central Park. The permitted areas in <br />Central Park shall be established by the Director <br />of the Parks and Recreation Department or designee <br />pursuant to permits issued on a case by case basis <br />and upon conditions imposed by said permits. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from <br /> <br />and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this <br /> <br />27th day of <br /> <br />April <br /> <br />, 1992. <br /> <br />()~__t..- ~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~ <br />
