CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 1113 * * * * * AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM THREE AND FOUR FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICTS (R-4) TO TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-2). WHEREAS, pursuant to sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the property owner filed an application with the City Manager in the form of a written request to rezone from Three and Four Family Residence District (R-4) to Two Family Residence District (R-2), certain real property hereinafter described lying and being in the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a public hearing on said matter on the 10th day of June, 1992, and made its recommendation to the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a public hearing on said matter on the 22nd day of June, 1992 at its regular meeting; and NOW THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE PROCEDURE: The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: I. That the Zoning Map of the city of Roseville is hereby amended by reclassifying the following described property from, Three and Four Family Residence District (R-4) to Two Family Residence District (R-2): Lots five (5) and six (6), Block Four (4) Gottfried Plat 2 and also that part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of section Fifteen (15) Township Twenty-Nine North (29 N), Range Twenty-three West (23 W) lying southerly of Lot Five (5), Block Four (4), Gottfried Plat 2, westerly of the east line of said Lot Five (5) extended southerly and northerly of the South Two Hundred Forty-nine. II. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
