<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1218 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10 OF THE CITY CODE (ZONING) <br />BY CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTIES (A 0.3 ACRE PARCEL) FROM R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICT TO A PUD-B PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />(3090 CLEVELAND AVENUE NORTH) <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned: Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the Planning <br />Commission held a public hearing (PF2986) with due notice on September 9,1998, the <br />following property is hereby rezoned from R-1, Single Family Residential District to BPUD, <br />Business - Planned Unit Development: <br /> <br />The South 36 feet of Lot 5, the North 9.5 feet of the South 45.5 feet of the East 21 feet of <br />the West 101 feet of Lot 5, and all of Lot 6, Block 1, Rochat's Addition to the City of <br />Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota (PID # 042923220011). <br /> <br />Section 2.
