<br />Ordinance No. 1222 <br /> <br />An Ordinance Amending Chapter 10 Of the City Code (Zoning) <br />By Changing the Zoning Map Designation for Property <br />Located At 2785 Hamline Avenue North From <br />B-3, General Business District <br />To Business-Planned Unit Development <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) <br />and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of <br />Roseville, and after the Planning Commission held a public hearing (PF3073) with due notice on <br />April 14, 1999, the following property is hereby rezoned from B-3, General Business District, to <br />Business-Planned Unit Development: <br /> <br />2785 Hamline Avenue North (PID 032923310025) City ofRoseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The north 150 feet of the south 300 feet of the east 173 feet of the Northeast Quarter of <br />the Southwest Quarter, subject to street and avenue, Section 3, Township 29, Range 23, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development #1222. The Planned Unit Development <br />standards/conditions of approval adopted for this property shall be in addition to all other <br />applicable zoning requirements. <br /> <br />Section3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code (rezoning of <br />property to PUD) shall take effect upon: 1) passage and publication of this ordinance; 2) <br />execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City; and 3) recording of the <br />agreement with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Passed this 24th day of May 1999. <br />
