EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a public hearing was held at the regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, on the 23rd day of May, <br />2016, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, Roe <br />and the following members absent: None <br />Council Member Etten intrpduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11321 <br />A RESOLUTION TERMINATING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />NO. 1385, AS AMENDED, LOCATED AT 2167 LEXINGTON AVENUE <br />AND 1126 SANDHURST AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Planned Unit Development (PUD) Agreement <br />1385 on July 13, 2009; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a one year extension to July 1 l, 2011, to the PUD <br />Agreement for commencing development of the project; and <br />WHEREAS, the project did not commence development on or before July 11, 2011, for <br />which the Community Development Department deems the PUD agreement void; and <br />WHEREAS, the property owner Wellington Management has requested a termination of <br />PUD Agreement 1385 in order to facilitate a sale of the 2167 property to its current tenant; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve <br />termination of Planned Unit Development Agreement No. 1385, subject to the following <br />condition: <br />a. Per the approved PUD agreement, City Council direct the Planning Division to begin the <br />process to rezone 1126 Sandhurst from Community Business District (CB) to Low <br />Density Residential-1 District (LDR-1). <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />McGehee and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Willmus, Laliberte, <br />Etten, McGehee, Roe; and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
